Who we are
Introduction
Seniors are one of the fastest-growing segments of our society.
Experts are calling it the “senior boom.”
Our various levels of government are making commendable efforts to establish programs that enhance and preserve good aging.
Over the coming decades, Quebec society will be faced with an accelerated ageing of its population.
Society cannot meet the eternal destiny of our elders, since all our earthly efforts pale in the light of eternity.
The Christian Church believes that it is important for our 50+ year olds to have a ministry that will edify them and accompany them through this important period of their lives.
Eternity is a long time!
We believe that the 50 YEARS + have a legacy to leave to future generations in our Quebec churches.
That’s why we exist, why we hold conferences and why we have lunches!
Who we are
We organise annual conferences in Drummondville the last Saturday of April each year. These are in collaboration with local churches and different evangelical orgatinsations that are ministering in Quebec and Canada.
We have our own convention that allows us to give tax receipts.
Also, we organize one breakfast per month on Saturdays in different cites of Quebec to provide a local ministry to the people of 50+ years old.
Here’s the name that we chose:
ENSEMBLE AU QUÉBEC / TOGETHER IN QUEBEC
Our ultimate goal:
TOUCHING GENERATIONS FOR JESUS / TOUCHANT LES GÉNÉRATIONS POUR JESUS
Our theme is:
“The best is yet to come!”
We hope that the people of 50+ years old of Quebec’s churches will join us in order to be challenged to take their place and leave an heritage for the generations to come.
Our invitation

We would like to extend an INVITATION to the 50 YEARS + of the Quebec churches to participate in our annual conferences!
We select our guests on the basis of seeing spiritual gifts return to our churches and equipping you to impact your local churches. - To pastors
We would like to extend a VERY SPECIAL INVITATION to all the pastors of the churches in Quebec!
If you promote our conferences in your churches and your 50-YEAR-OLD + participants attend, the cost of your conference and your spouse’s conference will be free of charge.
This includes dinner for you and your wife. The lunch buffet at Hôtel Le Dauphin is excellent!
What’s more, you and your wife don’t have to be 50!
We’re counting on the participation of your 50+ and why not join them!
We’re convinced that your congregation will have a new lease on life, and your 50 YEARS + will be participants in the work of your local church’s ministry.

We value and are convinced that…
- The Bible is inspired by God and contains his loving plan for us.
- Jesus died and rose again to give us eternal life, and is coming back soon to
reign. - The Holy Spirit ministers through his baptism, his gifts and his fruit.
- God is still at work today through healings, deliverances and so on.
- The Church exists to glorify God and manifest the reality of His Kingdom.
- Each person is important and precious in God’s eyes.
- Salvation comes through faith in Jesus’ work on the cross.
- The Christian experience is demonstrated by a transformed life.
The following biblical texts are at the heart of what we believe and why we exist:
John 3.16-17: “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. God, in fact, did not send his
Son in the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through him.”
Luke 10.27: “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbor as thyself.”
Matthew 18.19-20: “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
